1. Seller identification

seren home is a trading name of Diaz-Infante Camarena Senior Care Solutions, based in Geneva, Switzerland.

2. Scope of application

These GTC govern all sales made through the online store at seren-home.ch. Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products and availability

Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes only. seren home reserves the right to modify its range of products at any time.

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. The estimated delivery date is indicated on the product page. In the event of a significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.

4. Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of Swiss VAT at the applicable rate. seren home reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the price in force at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering, including for pre-orders.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Geneva, Switzerland. Delivery timeframes are indicative only. seren home shall not be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.

Delivery costs are displayed at checkout and are in addition to the product price, unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

seren home offers customers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt of the product, with no obligation to give a reason.

To initiate a return, the customer must contact seren home at hello@seren-home.ch. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranty under Swiss law (art. 197 et seq. of the Code of Obligations). In the event of a defect, the customer has two years from the date of delivery to assert their rights by contacting hello@seren-home.ch.

9. Liability

seren home is committed to customer satisfaction. However, its liability shall not extend to indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

10. Data protection

Personal data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at seren-home.ch, and in compliance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP, in force since 1 September 2023).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
